Refund and Returns Policy
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel the order, please do write to us at woof@harleyscorner.in or via WhatsApp widget on the website. If the order has not been shipped, we shall cancel the same and refund the payment. Payments will be refunded via the same method you have paid and may take up to 7 to 10 working days based on your method of payment.
RETURN
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at woof@harleyscorner.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Shipping the products back will be at your cost, unless the product is accepted as having a problem and hence will be shipped back at our cost.
